What I am talking about here is high intensity resistance training and high intensity interval training. Allow me to explain what I mean. High intensity exercise keeps your workouts to less than 30 minutes, but more importantly keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours. In addition, resistance training creates muscle.
