The last thing a person needs is support of others, which can be found in a gym, or at the mall, or even on the internet where people often join chat rooms like the biggest loser forum. Being out of shape can make a person feel ostracized, but when they see another person fighting the fight with them it is very helpful That support can be the difference between success and failure in a fitness regimen.
